Missing a temporary folder.

I can't upload files, media, plugins or new themes. I keep getting an error message similar to the above. When I try to upload jpegs this error message appears Unsupported filetype uploaded.

Just for anyone else who experiences this - I had an inoperative upload_tmp_dir file but fould the solution at

it was a fault in the php.ini file - your host should be able to sort it - nothing to do with inkthemes - but a pain nonetheless. Thanks anyway Praveen!
