Hi I have issues with the page builder - When I go to create a new page template - for some reason I cannot drag the block full width - therefore when drag the next block in - It sits next to instead of under the previous block In addition - The menu isn't showing up on iphone despite it being set to Help please

Okay I have received your email with the zip file for the plug in - However - I cannot update it!! I went to the wordpress dashboard - The plug in is not showing it needs an udpate - So I went to deactivate it so I can delete it and re-install the new one - It will not deactivate - So I don't know what to do now On the other issue What about the responsive menu not showing on mobile deveice even though I have the box ticked for it Cheers Amanda

Hi Kenty I've just looked at your posts - I wish I'd never bought the theme!! As nice as it looks - it is a nightmare to work with - and even when following instructions - It isn't working PLUS - NOBODY HAS GOT BACK TO ME FROM THE DEVELOPER !!!!!!
I went ahead and purchased the theme, its caused me so many headaches. Im about to open another issue now. I havent received a response yet either, so I am bumping around in the dark trying to fix the problems.
