It is possible to reverse the feature of menu i.e when you will click on menu icon, then only the menu lists will appear.
But all these required some customization.

By the given below code.
Please download this zip file extract this file and copy the complete code.
Go to Appearance=>Theme editor(wp editor plugin)=>Js(folder)=>bigslide.js
Replace all your code of this file from downloaded file code.

We have checked it again almost on all devices but not found this issue.
Please check the settings of your Samsung tab may be any settings may create this issue.
Please at least check this issue with another Samsung tab.
