I just installed popup ninja and click on the icon in the wordpress menu and it gave me a message that "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page." Please assist me in this endeavor. I have permissions to do everything else but not for popup ninja. Please help. my email address is [email protected]
This generally happens when you accidentally login to WordPress Admin with not the WordPress admin username but some different username which don't have admin privileges. If everything is fine but still you are getting the issue, do send your WordPress Dashboard Login details at [email protected] and we would resolve your issue.
