Hello, 1. It is not possible change the contact template field. For this, You can use "FormGet contact form plugin". It will work fine with the theme and provide much more functionality then existing contact form. Download it from the link given below. http://wordpress.org/plugins/formget-contact-form/ 2. Go to Settings > General > E-mail Address and enter your email address there in which you want to recieve mails. 3. .For Google map Just go to https://www.google.com/maps?output=classic&dg=opt and copy your iframe embed code from there. then, Go to Appearance > Widgets Drag Text widgets and paste iframe code there and drop it in the first widget area, It will automatically display at your footer.
