How to include ALL products for each product category on ONE page

I'd like to include ALL products for each product category on one page ... with no need to click "More items." How can that be accomplished? I've tried to do it in the Settings > Reading Settings page under "Blog pages show at most" and "Syndication feeds show the most recent." My client has 28 product items in 2 of his categories, so I designated 30. But it continues to display only 16 products on the Home Page. He wants all on one page.

With all products on one page, I'll then be able to implement an earlier solution to turn off the "More items" option here:
Paste the code given below in Custom CSS section
(Appearance -> Theme Options -> Styling Options -> Custom CSS) of your dashboard.
