How to create holding pages

Dear Theme Author,

Thanks once again , the theme has been execellent.

I have a couple of question thanks in advance
I understand that it has something to do with "404 Template" i edited it but it has error so i remain it as default.

My Site is "www.Dualify.com" .
1) How do i create my own error 404 page for all my "Page Not Found" in my sites
2) How do i hide " Recent posts, Most Used Categories, Archives and Tags" and add links like Home within all my "page not found"
3)change "This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it?" to "Sorry, we can't find that page" and a home buttom .

Hello Redman,

Yes "404 template" is responsible for that page.
You can change "This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it?" from there.
If you are getting error while editing page. then do send content that you are trying to add.
I will add it and send you customized 404 file.

1)Can you change "This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it?" to " Sorry, we can't find that page"
2)And clear all the contents including search bar and recent posts, most used categories, archives and tags.
and add the below for me please

Hello,

To edit the text, go to the Theme Directory > function directory > define_template.php and follow the instruction shown in the image given below.



this will change the text.


To remove the search bar and recent posts, most used categories, archives and tags from that page,
go to the 404.php file present in your theme directory and remove the code as shown in the image given below.



this will solve your issue.
