How to add ALT text to slider images

Would like to add the ALT text to the images in my slider.. how do i do this?

You can add alt tag in slider images to edit front-page.php as shown below in screenshot.

It will resolve your issue.

My code looks a bit different.. so do i keep all that in red or replace with my alt text?

No I posted above what my code looks like.. it looks a bit different than what you showed me so i wanted to check where to put the alt text.. See above in red

 

Hi Gypsygal,

I have just created settings for you.
Download the attached zip file and extract front-page.php and put this file on your child theme directory or main theme directory as you desire. I suggest you that user child theme for cust, modification for localbusiness theme.

At last, open the front-page.php from just you have placed on notepad or notepad++ and find the code by following the attached screenshot image and put your alt text for each slider image.

Hope this will solve your issue.
