How can I change this information

    I see certain blocks predefined with the theme. How do I insert my own information here? I included a screenshot with both block. On has blogs the upper area has theme qualities listed such as 'Responsive and Compatible.' How do insert my own data here. Also, how do I define how many blog posts appear?
