Homepage - Latest Post Display Issue

Hi,
I'm having trouble trying to show my latest posts on my homepage: http://www.secretholidayvillas.com/ - as you'll see just one post showing despite there being several.

I've used the 'Post' Wordpress option (not 'Page' then assigning to 'Blog Page'). I've also set a 'Feature Image' for the Post, but still no joy.

Its a great theme but just this bit is annoying to try and sort. I hoping you guys at Ink Themes can give a fix
