Help! Home Page not restoring with WP Clone

Hi,
I am developing my site on local host with Xampp on a Mac. I have made a backup with WP Clone but although the pages are restored, it is not restoring the home page with all the slider photos, links, text etc.
When I go to Appearance>Theme Options I don't even have the theme menu - here is a screenshot.

Please can you help me get this resolved? I don't want to lose all my work..... (or have to redo it)

Please can you respond to me? I have deleted all plugins and this did not solve the problem. My hosting company has helped me but think it is an issue with the theme

We got your details and check issue.
Your WordPress didn't install completely means some files are missing.
Create a backup or export your theme data and again install a new WordPress.
This will resolve your issue.

This does not seem to be the problem Pramod.
The issue is repeatable
I have unistalled and reinstalled wordpress, harrington, several times
I get the same error each time.
Please can you login and check it out further ?

Hello,
I have checked it, and also posted a simple post.
you are advised to once change the theme and install the WordPress basic theme.
It will make you understand that where is the problem in theme or WordPress.

Hi Pramod,
I have already changed the theme to 2012 and back again to a new install of harrington this morning following Naveen’s email.
I cannot get the THEME OPTIONS page in the dashboard to show - can you? (please see earlier screen shots)
I have tried everything before contacting you and do hope that you can identify the exact problem.
I trust that you can help.

Hello Pramod,
The home page information is there - if you look at the page, right click and “show source code” you will then see that the content is available - the theme is just not displaying it.
Harrington uses it’s own home page and I cannot access the settings because the dashboard gives a blank page when i go to Dashboard>Appearance>Theme Options.
I hope this screenshot explains the problem,
