Hello Guys... Your Help Is Needed... Thank you

I'm trying to upload The Regal Theme to Wordpress but keep getting the following message...

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin install failed.
--------

I've tried downloading the zip file in order to upload again to Wordpress, but still the same message.

Any pointers would be very much appreciated.

While creating page/post scroll towards bottom. There you will see an option to upload image.
Check image for reference.
