Harrington Theme Options not working

Hi Guys,
I installed ultimate member plugin , subsequently deleted , but I find that my Harrington Theme Options does not seem to work. Can you please have a look. I have enclosed screen shot - all pages show same details.
The url : www.nswyo.com.au I will send the Log In Details by PM.
