Feature post order

Hello. Each time I refresh the page, the feature post order on the home page changes. Is there a way to keep the posts in descending order by date?

 

Hello,
Our theme is design to display the feature post with the order of comment count (i.e number of comment).
If you want its order by date then go to the index.php file and category.php file present in your theme directory
and paste 'date' in place of 'comment_count' in that files.
