Expiry Bulk Update plugin

    I have downloaded the plugin from here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5Gm0NLyPcoCcmRzWUVBdWxDQ1k/view
    but it doesn't update the expired free listings on my site. I uploaded a CSV file with about 80+ businesses and they show in the "All Listings: tab in the admin panel. But they all say "expired" even after running the plugin.

    Is there something I need to do to make the expiry plugin function correctly? Perhaps change the CSV file?
