Error when activating theme - Syntax

to import the thema and activate returns me segunte error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/myfutureservice/public_html/wp-content/themes/smartbooking-pro/includes/dynamic-image.php on line 1

Using other Themas everything works normally.
