Dropdown menu disappear when slider images changes

Hi Guys

I seem to have a problem with my dropdown menu. When using the menu function to organize my different pages I seem to get a problem when hovering above the dropdown menu with the mouse. When hovering over the dropdown menu it dissapears every time the slider image changes on the home/front page.

How can I solve this problem, it is a major issue because users dp not have time enough to follow a path down through the dropdown menu. You really have to be quick to go through the different dropdown paths before the dropdown menu dissapears.

Why is the dropdown menu system affected by the slider images changing?
