Drop Down Mobile Menu not working (Home Page Only)

Hi,
I notice that the Drop Down mobile menu is not working on the home page but is working on all other pages.

When I use the Chrome Browser Inspector (Ctrl-Shift-i), I get the following message...

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'safari' of undefined - jquery.jcarousel.min.js?ver=4.3.1

I don't know if this is the cause but I'm not getting this message on other pages.

Notes:
(a)I have upgraded my site to the latest version of Wordpress
(b)It worked on previous versions of Wordpress
(c)I haven't changed any plugins - it was working before with the same plugins

Actually, the problem persists. Maybe the terminology I used wasn't correct. The problem is with the mobile responsive menu when the home page is viewed on a small screen eg. smart phone or table.



You can simulate a mobile view with Chrome via Ctrl-Shift-i.

The mobile menu works fine on all other pages.

I've fixed this reinstalling the latest version of the theme: a bit of a challenge as I've customized the theme to allow for more sliders.

I would like to inform you that if you have done any customization in source of the theme, reinstallation of the theme will cause to lose that customization from your theme.

I realize that which is why it is tricky to reinstall the theme but it's done now and working. I don't expect my customization to be supported.
