Display Mobile Menu for Ipad Portrait

Hello, I am having issues getting the menu to be responsive and the menu is spreading over two lines as screen width reduces. It seems to be an issue with the container for the menu. To get around this problem, could you please tell me how to make the mobile menu appear for screen widths 780 or less. Alternatively if you can help me fix my container issue, that would be great. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
