Default State/Country on My Account for Billing/Shipping Addresses

After an account is created and customers go to enter their shipping and billing information, on both screens it defaults to US and Minnesota. I am assuming this is because our woocommerce shop is set to US, Minnesota. I'm fine with US as a default, but I'd like the state to not default to anything and show "select an option" (which is at the top of the list). Not sure why it doesn't do that by default. I've had two customers call because FedEx shipping said your address is in correct, please check your address. Since the default state showed Minnesota (they were in different states) they glazed over it and didn't select the correct state. Please advise.

You can do setting for this in woocommerce plugin settings.
If issue is still not resolved please ask this in woocommerce support area.
