Creating a "Testimonials" page

I want to be able to create a Testimonials page that will pull in all of the testimonials... I tried the following shortcode with no luck:

[display-posts post_type="testimonial"]

I also have all of these testimonials filed in a category named "Testimonials" and tried the following shortcode, also with no luck:

[display-posts category=”Testimonials”]

In both cases, the shortcode itself displays on the page. I'm not sure if there is a different shortcode I should be using for this, or if there is an issue with the theme not displaying standard shortcodes?

Essentially, I want this page to function similarly to a category archive page, where the testimonials are automatically listed - pulling from the built-in "Testimonials" feature that builds the homepage Testimonials slider.

Any insight you can provide on how to do this would be greatly appreciated!

This isn't a plugin - this is a default Wordpress shortcode, I think.
