Changes are not registered

Hi, I just purchases your theme after I tried the template out with your free trial period. It worked perfectly at the trial period. However, now it's not working that well at all. I will give examples;

The sliders are not working, it only shows the last slide. It seems as when I load the page that the first two sliders are passed through immediatly only to get stuck on the third and last slider. Slider speed settings are made at 8000. This worked perfectly in the trial version.

My categories for the different products I have can not be seen or added to the menu at all. In the menu bar, under categories, it simply says "uncategorized". This also worked perfectly in the trial version.

And in general, when I make changes, most of the time, nothing happens on the page when I publish it and is available for everyone. It still gives me the old settings...

Important note is that I didn't use the trial version on the domain that I am using now for the purchased version.

Any suggestions of what I need to do about this?

I recieved an email from one of your co-workers and have given you all the information requested so that you guys can have a look at it.

At this point I have not heard back from them so I'm still not sure what the problem is. Probably user error at some point as I'm new to this...
