Change Appointment Email and Send Notification to admin

Good Day

I want to change the email that is sent to the Client , Please guide me to do this!
I want to send an email notification to admin where I dont have to login to the website.

This has to be able to do this as this is the chosen theme of my client.

1) I want to change the email that is sent to the Client



For your information, I am using "WP-Editor" plugin to edit files.

You can also download and use it from the link https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-editor/.

After activating this plugin, you will get the same screen as shown in the screenshot.

2) I want to send an email notification to admin where I dont have to login to the website.
