Can't get Captcha to work

Does anyone know how to get Captcha to work on my Contact page?
I have enabled it in the theme options yet nothing appears. I've tried disabling other plugins but no good.

Has anyone else managed to get Captcha working?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For contact form you can use "FormGet contact form plugin".
It will work fine with the theme and provide much more functionality then existing contact form.
