Can you add yelp & and other social media icons to top left bar?

Hello and thanks for taking my question.

I was wondering if you could, for example, add "yelp" and other social icons besides what is allowed in the theme. The icons appear in the top left corner on the homepage. I need to add a yelp one. I just want to paste the url for my yelp account where you go to appearance>>theme options>social icons
