Bottom Tagline and Button

    I would like to move the bottom tagline and button as in the attached picture. I tried moving it in front-page.php but it includes the the bottom "stripslash"(?).

    How can I move so that it does not include the bottom color bar?

    Open front-page.php and cut code from line no 301 to 307 as shown in image and paste it after the line no 262.

    Check images for reference.
