BlogSpring Theme Options not saving

I have just spent a very frustrating day trying to customize my husband's site.
None of the customizations are being saved in the Theme Options Panel
Time & time again I fill in the fields but after clicking on save all changes nothing is saved.
I have deactivated all plugins, deactivated & reactivated the theme, cleared the browser cache but still no luck.
Here is a list of the options not changing:
General Settings:
-Contact Number For Tap To Call Feature
-Top Contact Details
-Tracking Code

Home Page Feature Area:
-Home Page Second Column Heading
-Number Of Latest/Popular Post
-Number Of Feature Post

Styling Options:
-Custom CSS

Social Icons:
-All URLS

Footer Settings:
-Footer Text

SEO Options:
-Meta Keywords (comma separated)
-Meta Description
-Meta Author Name

Essentially the only options that have saved are the favicon, background image and company logo.
I am going to try another browser ( I'm using Chrome currently) and see if that helps.

I think changes are saving but not displaying at your site.
If you have any cache plugin then clear cache and then deactivate it.
And also try another browser and do let me know. It is working or not.

I switched browsers as I said I was going to and completed the setup again with no issues - all good now
