Hi. I am a new subscriber to this Forum and also a beginner with WP. I have purchased a license for Blackrider WP theme and have a website hosted with GoDaddy which I need to upgrade from the Lite version to the full version using the license I have purchased. How can I do this and will I lose any of the information on the website? Thanks for your help - hope question is not too noddy but I am a WP beginner
Hello Ajay, Thank you for submitting your query at our support forum, When you will switch to BlackRider theme's Pro version from Lite version, You won't lose your contents, but still you are suggested to Create a backup of your site before any updation, by installing and activating WP EDITOR plugin. Then go to Dashboard->Appearance->Theme Editor click download theme button to download your current theme. Now go to Dashboard->Tools where you will find Export website contents.
