We've been trying to update our slider for months and used the upgrade button several times, but the Theme Options just is a blank page with the BizWay Pro Responsive options image header and nothing else. We really need to get this updated. Please help!

I have just fixed the issues but request you not post your credentials here, it's a public platform and anyone can access your site. For now, I have deleted the information. Also, I found that you are using an older version of the theme on your site i.e. version 2.0.3 whereas, version 2.1.6 is available for download in your member's area. Please visit your member's area: https://www.inkthemes.com/members/member/index and download the updated version and install and activate it on your site.
