Adjust padding under Gallery

Hello!

See attached picture. I already removde the All button under Gallery, but I would like to minimize the padding between the word "Gallery" and the pictures below it. Would it also be possible to delete the word "Gallery" or replace it with another word?

(Appearance -> Theme Options -> Styling Options -> Custom CSS) of your dashboard.
