Adding image as per default

hi, when first opening the theme you guys placed an inkthemes halloween image in the centre of the page. How do i add an image to this area thanks.

Hi Sorry, but I must not have stated my issue clear enough. The image that I want to replicate sat on top of the background in between the 2 major text titles. You guys did customize the setup for me , so it wasn't standard default Foogo. Thanks.
