Add information text above math question on Custom Leads Capture Form

Hi,

I would like to add the following message above the maths question on the Custom Leads Capture Form as visitors to my website are not familiar with capture questions:

"Please answer the following mathematical question to prove that you are a real human being and not a spam robot"

Whats the best way to do this?

Hello,

First download the updated version of InfoWay theme from your members area and upload it.
In our latest version of InfoWay theme we have changed the captcha.

And for adding text
go to functions > infowway-front.php present in your theme directory and add the code given below
