More help with colour changes please.

Hi,
I need to change the colours on a new site.

Sorry to ask again, I have asked this before, but I can't work out how it is done.

If you could tell me what code is for what part, I won't have to ask again. Thanks for your help.

I want to change the menu colour to #a6c5ef

I want to change the menu separators to #ffed45

I want the background, (where the logo goes) to be white

I also want to change the two footer colours (not sure what colours yet) can you tell me how to do those too please.
