I have just joined the site and purchased this theme, I have been looking for the theme general settings which is indicated in the guidance notes, but it is not showing up??? The guidance notes state "Settings marked by red color available only PAID version of Quick Start packages" which I assume I has access too ???

Actually it's one of our market place them...

Same problem -- site looks nothing like demo.
And I could not find XML/JSON files to import.
