Customized Content Based on Visitor's IP address

Let me first give you the business case scenario and then I'll ask the question...

Imaging for a second a site dedicated to the best Italian restaurants. The site could be loaded with entries for Italian restaurants from all 50 states in the US. If a visitor in Virginia lands on the site, it would be ideal for the theme to display listings (including the slider listings, premium, featured, and recently added) based on the IP address' city location. This way a visitor will get to see the "local" Italian restaurants by default. Obviously, if the visitor wants to search for an Italian restaurant in another location, then that can be accomplished via the search function that is already in GeoCraft theme.

So my questions are:

1. Is this available in the current version of GeoCraft?
2. If answer to #1 above is NO, can it be implemented and how soon, if so?
3. If answer to #2 above is NO, what do you recommend I need to do to get this feature added to the based theme?
