https error to main page

Hello,
I've set a site with https which the https for the site is working ok, but the index page shows to have pre loaded sites.

Twitter, Facebook, Google, ect...

Which page can I edit with out breaking the site. The site is live at frelancetek.com

 

Fixed error.

1. Edited the footer.php to accommodate https for the needed sites.

2. Removed custom logo and custom favicon to reset http to https

3. Changed any http to https to point to site
