Gap on home page

I'm trying to figure out why there is a big gap from my content to the footer?

Hey I just noticed that screwed up how it appears on the iPhone /-;

 

It works on bakersfieldwindowwashing.com but on dentdynamicsnow.com it causes a malfunction?
