the one on the homepage lander. How to fix it please and how to direct it? Thank you, mark;-)

 

update ok i found the email that it did send but it starts with this "[PHP Snippets] " instead of website name. that is why i missed. it. How do i change the [PHP Snippets] to the website name please? thank you
