Lead Capture not working - Version 2.1.1

    Just installed this theme. The leads are in the Lead Capture table, but I do not get any emails that someone filled out the lead capture form.

    There is not much to do use this theme, so I can't find what could be the problem.

    Any ideas ?

    I also did this and confirmed that I have emails from my wp site by installing this per another post I found here.

    ​
     WP-Mail-SMTP
    Reconfigures the wp_mail() function to use SMTP instead of mail() and creates an options page to manage the settings.

    Rresult:
    "This is a test email generated by the WP Mail SMTP WordPress plugin."

    ---- Still no email from my lead capture
