Contact Form Not Sending Email

The contact form is not sending any emails. How can we resolve this?

Go to the template-contact.php file present in your theme directory and follow the instruction shown in the image given below.

Just made that change and it didn't work. Just not sending emails out. I know the emails work.

Check whether contact form is sending any emails with another email id or not and search the message in the spam box also.

I can't turn on the contact form because it's a live site. It's the Traffica theme that's doing it. I switched to other themes and the emails being sent just fine. Just not the Traffica theme. I've tried the wp_mail function and it's not working. What other things can I try?
