Website display different between public and private users

    Hi,
    I am currently working on my site and made it private. I added the plugin "WP UI - Tabs, accordions and more" and customized some pages with different tabs
    and it looks great.
    But when i make the site public, none of the tabs are organized. It is all a continuous content
    on the page.



    Another question: My site is under construction but how is it that aim able to type in About Us in my URL and it displayed and
    not say that the site is under construction.
