Hi, Great theme btw. I'm having a problem with member login page. I have a login page with the shortcode added [login_reg]. Page added to menu item in main nav, but when I request the page it just defaults to the homepage. Even if in wp editor on login page, if I go to 'view page' it just defaults to homepage. login is at: http://fitness-inspiration.com/vidsite/login/ I've found that the wp-admin login seems to be affected by it http://fitness-inspiration.com/vidsite/wp-admin/ Please advise.
Ah, I've realised it was doing this because I was logged into wp. Now works ok, but I don't see a signup area as your screenshot shows. Also, I've used the [private_content] shortcode to hide members content, fine. I also used [im_pricing] shortcode below private content to provide link for visitors to become a member. Problem is that [im_pricing] still shows once a member is logged on and viewing member content. How do I hide this from members or am I using it the wrong way? My last area of confusion is when do new members enter details for their account on the site? The [im_pricing] button takes them straight to paypal to setup subscription, after this do they return to the site for account details to be added?? Please advise.
Hello, Sorry for the delay. I think you are following wrong process for hiding content. Please follow video link given below. Thanks & Regards Nitesh Raghuwanshi
Hi, As my original post stated, I have applied content protection shortcodes and followed steps, but I am not getting the results I expect or see in your demo. I've removed plugins and followed procedure to determine conflict, but can't fine any. In it's simplest setup this theme and plugin did not function as expected for me and Owing to the length of time to get a response and issue not resolved, I've had to resort to another membership solution for my needs. I would appreciate and feel it's fair and correct to offer a refund for this theme as I don't beleive it/or support fulfills what you claim to offer. Thanks.
