3.2.3 upgrade questions

Hello I currently use the Andrina Responsive Theme Pro 3.2.2. I noticed that the current version is 3.2.3 but I don't see any update options presented to me on the Wordpress Mange Themes area of the Dashboard.

Can you please tell me why is this occurring and what what's new in the 3.2.3 update.

In addition, if this is not a problem, what is the method for updating to 3.2.3?

Where do I find information on what changes were made from release 3.2.2 to 3.2.3?

You can check the changelog.txt file present in the latest theme directory in which we have mentioned all the resolved issue and their Theme version.
