Hello, Auto thumbnail is currently not possible. But yes if we cut an screenshot from the video and upload it as a video thumbnail. Then it will work for us. Please try it.
OK , how can we tell the website visitors that they can only upload certain video extensions? Can type next to "Upload Video File: in transparent color the extension they accept ? Please let us know how to do that.
