Hello, Greetings from InkThemes, I think you haven't imported the demo files (json & xml). So you are requested to import the JSON & XML file to make your theme as like the theme demo. To import JSON & XML files, Just visit your members area: https://www.inkthemes.com/members/member Get download the zip file of your theme along with JSON and XML files. Now, visit your WordPress Dashboard->Appearance->Themes->Add New->Upload Upload & activate the theme and also install the Ink Import Export plugin. By using our import export plugin, you can upload the demo contents (XML and JSON). I hope you find the above information helpful. Hello, I have the same problem, as I see many others are having: the installed theme does NOT look at all like the demo you show. I DID download and imported the two files, exactly as indicated in your responses to other users. The theme still does NOT look at all like the demo. Please do not ask me to give you access to my admin site. I can follow directions perfectly and I did. The files imported do NOT make the theme look like the demo. I do want my money back, because the product delivered is not the product advertised. Also, I emailed previously and did not receive any answers. Please refund my money, thank you.

Hi I just found that your theme doesn't have any frontpage .. there are only few sections in theme panel .. cannot change fonts to latin-ext, can't find contact form to modify, translated .po is not working .. I just don't know how to add custom content to frontpage, since only slider, three services and CTA are available in theme options ... Theme was purchased yesterday - 30 day money back, where to apply for a refund? Thank you very much in advance P.s. to be honest, by now, the settings I saw, this theme is not worth 79$
