PotteryZone Theme Setup - Just purchased PRO version

I just purchased and installed the ceramics studio theme PotteryZone. It was advertised to come with many things which are not available...

Theme Features:

• Members Area
• Instant Product Access
• Regular product updates
• Lifetime support for one site
• Awesome Slider
• Completely Responsive
• Custom Templates
• Browser Compatibility

When i try to access the theme options area I see a Harrington theme option area that says i must upgrade to pro to access the features that were advertised before purchase. I also did not receive any instructions with the theme.

Please help

How on earth do I get a response from someone regarding some form of support??????

 

I see no changes to the theme, I still am unable to use the pro version with sliders and all other options that were advertised. Please advise!

You would be glad to know that we have installed the demo content of the theme in your website as per your requirements.

Now your website is appearing similar to the preview as you required.

You can now customize your website and change the content and associated images the way you wish using the theme options panel.

The desktop version is able to be edited now, Thank you very much. For some reason the mobile version will not update. Is there a special way to update mobile?

 

Trying to setup woocommerce in the theme but having a message Your theme does not declare WooCommerce support – Please read our integration guide or check out our Storefront theme which is totally free to download and designed specifically for use with WooCommerce.

 

I have resolved both on my previous issues. Im now trying to get the embed map working, it is displaying the code on the page and not a map. any help?

I just visited your website and noticed that you have added the shortcode, whereas you must use the iframe embed code to display the map properly.

Hi, I just purchased PotteryZone and wanting to know how to create my website. I am an artist not a computer pro, so help getting set up is appreciated. I started creating a website using Weebly, but want a more visually impressive website, along with interactive blog and instruction videos. Of course, I want to sell my pottery online.
