I have this same issue. All of my lead generating sites through "local Business" use to send emails, but now they don't. I am wondering if the latest Wordpress update changed something? I didn't do anything different. It always worked, but in the last week or so it stopped sending emails. The only thing that changed was a "Wordpress Update" All of my sites updated to Wordpress 4.3 - the other possibility is my host which is GoDaddy. Thank you for your help!
