Spacing of Primary/secondary widgets

    I'd like a bit more blank space between widgets in the primary and secondary areas - at the moment the top of one is right up close to the bottom of the previous one and they look a little squashed. How can a create white space between the widgets?

    Should add I've been able to solve the problem by including a couple of </br>'s in the widgets, but is there a neater way of doing this?
