Our slider image was working fine until we had some issues with a redundant menu item (home is redirect of second page, can't seem to fix that either) this morning. We did fix a couple items in the Sociable plug-in around the same time. The link is right in Squirrel Pro setup, but doesn't show at all.

Regarding the redundant pages, I've tried just about everything.

Any advice would be helpful. (I'm admittedly not good with code, so that may confuse me more.)

Why dont you reinstall the theme by replacing the "squirreltheme" directory in the wp-content/themes with the directory which came with your download.

That would fix your issues and your data would remain intact.

should I switch to an alternate theme first? Delete the one there and then reinstall? I did change (earlier last week, didn't affect the images) the color of the menu and footers. The blue in Squirrel Responsive wasn't quite right, so I did replace those colors, but that didn't affect anything else.

I've never had to reinstall a theme. I know this sounds a little paranoid, but we've done a fair amount of work to the front page (haven't put other images in the slider yet, though... still need to build more images).

Here's our site (I realized after posting on Thursday and shutting down for the day that I hadn't posted the link): http://filmprofit.com/

Okay, deleted the squirrel themes and re-installed the Squirrel Pro Responsive theme. Still having the same problems. I haven't gone in to change the menu colors, and won't until this problem is figured out.

    Next step, please?

    Thank you,
    Amanda

Mailpress. Mailpress is the offending plugin. I had my boss go through the plugins he or my predecessor installed and deactivate the ones he felt weren't so necessary, refreshing the page every time. We got down to Mailpress and the slider image returned.

I'm still having menu problems with the duplicate pages between Home and Our Mission.
