This problem occurred, When some plugin get conflict with the theme JavaScript.

Please deactivate all plugins that are running on your website and activate them on your website one by one and check which plugin is creating problem for the slider.

Download theme again from your members area and upload it.
If you don't have members area access then send your purchasing detail at support@inkthemes.com

    Thanks.
